Order Changes & Cancellation
Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to accept requests for:
- Order cancellation
- Item changes
- Color changes
- Size changes
Please double-check your selected item, color and size before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition and packaging
- Free from stains, damage or signs of use
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed if the item meets our return conditions.
Exchanges
We currently accept exchanges only for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will assist you with the exchange process.
Important Notes
Please check our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or personal sizing preference.
Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and different screen settings.
Measurements may vary by approximately 1–2 cm due to manual measurement. These minor variations are not considered product defects.
