If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Item must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags must remain attached
• Item must be returned in its original condition

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
• Sale or clearance items
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items returned without prior approval

Please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item before returning any products.
